Awareness Through Movement Classes:

I hold ATM classes twp daus per week:

     Tuesday morning from 8 am to 9 am

     Saturday morning from 9 am to 10 am

          Cost:  $75 for a six-lesson series or $20 for drop ins

This series of two-day workshops is being presented in Denver by highly experienced Feldenkrais Practitioners from around the United States.  They are being held for the general public but are also prerequisites for the Rocky Mountain Feldenkrais Training Program to be held beginning on February 6, 2006.  The dates (all are Saturday/Sunday and you can attend one day or both) and titles of the workshops are:

     July 23-24, 2005:  Walking and Running the Easy Way                     Taught by Sharon Starika de Moyano

     September 10-11, 2005:  Unlocking the Magic of Body Language                         Taught by Lavinia Plonka

     October 15-16:  Whole Body Sports                                                                           Taught by Gil Kelly

The cost for each workshop is $100 for one day or $175 for the entire weekend
